During the Long Range
Planning process, several residents voiced their opinions regarding the rental
of the clubhouse.� As a result, the Board
has made some changes to the rental process.�
Highlights are:

There is a
sliding scale for the cost of the rental.�
This recognizes that smaller parties cause less wear and tear on the
facility and less time for the Board members.�
Rental cost for 1 � 35 people is $150; for 36 � 75 is $300 and 76 � 125
is $500.�

Due to insurance
issues, we also are requiring that a professional cleaning service (of the
Board�s choosing) be engaged to clean the clubhouse after the event.� This insures consistent quality of cleaning,
and the chairperson of Clubhouse Housekeeping is able to more easily monitor
and maintain the quality of the cleaning.
It is the Board�s intent to
make this rental process as easy as possible for members, while maintaining our
fiduciary responsibility to the members.
