However, water main passes through clubhouse lot and should have a
corporation valve. Feed line should be on feeder stream pond ( lagoon )  side
of clubhouse.

Manser, 51 Lake Trail West    No valve (however, reported to have
corporation valve under street).
Internal shutoff  curb valve type just inside of basement wall .Water was
shut off in mid fifties during deep ground freeze to repair burst line from
main to house. Has 1/2 inch copper feed line inside of old Galvanized iron
3/4 pipe.

Shutoff is inside of house on front wall in furnace room.

There is also a good chance that one or more of the valves known to exist
and located can no longer be operated with reasonable torque (i.e., without
risk of breaking the valve by turning too hard). Also, some valves may have been

buried during landscaping and are no longer readily accessible.
