Meeting was called to order by President, Austin Godfrey (aegodfrey@verizon.net), at 7:35.�

Backshall will repair the drain in front of the Bell property on Lake Trail West, as well as grade the stone by the fire lane.� The work is expected to be completed by the end of this year and payment should be made by December 31st.�� Gail expressed appreciation for the terrific road cleanup turnout and thanked the many residents who helped make it a success.

Backshall will grind the leaves behind the community garden.� The community worked hard during road cleanup to prepare piles of leaves to be picked up however, leaves on lake lots should not be blown into the street.� It was noted that the cost of removing the leaves should be communicated to residents on a per household basis.� Feedback regarding this process should also be compiled.

Joyce confirmed the clubhouse was cleaned after the Kuhn�s event and stated their $500 security deposit should be retuned to them.

Agra lowered the water in the tanks as they do every winter to prevent freezing.�

The Board reviewed individual budgets, and Bob summarized MKL Association finances to date.� Additional funding will need to be considered to repair the drainage problem near the Kern property on Lake Trail East.

 

OTHER BUSINESS

Newly elected 2011 board members were welcomed to the meeting.� They are as follows: Ruth Chaney, Bobbi Coulter, Tawyna Kabnick and Tim Lukacs replacing outgoing Board members Gail Chalfant, Don Kuhn, Nancy Priscu and Bob Yingling.
