resident can make an offer to buy Lakeshore property

offers and terms will be reviewed by the board
��bona-fide offers will be passed on to the
community
��the
proposer must arrange for a special meeting
��due
notice must be given
��a quorum
of Lakeshore voters (or proxies) must attend
��2/3rds
of votes must favor a sale

��Once
the property is eased there will be no chance of development on it.
