Minutes of FC meeting

July 13, 2010

Attendees: Rick Barrett, Austin Godfrey, Davor Gjivoje, Terry Dwyer, Bob Yingling

The purpose of this meeting was to prepare for the upcoming Special Meeting, planned for July 29.

Documents had previously been circulated. Bob Yingling agreed to audit the lot list which he subsequently did, finding one lot had been omitted, and the tax amounts were from 2008 instead of 2009. The group agreed to change the date of the start of the membership fee to August 1, 2011, giving a full year from the Special meeting.

The FC thought it wise to call a number of residents whose support for the proposals was unsure, and a number of assignments were made in this regard. Austin agreed to keep the FC informed of the progress of the receipt of proxies.

The updated straw poll document will be posted on the website, but not emailed to recipients of previous straw poll emails.

No additional FC committee meetings are envisioned before the Special Meeting unless more effort is needed to get out the vote or serious opposition to the FC�s proposal arises.
