Asparagus fans w/ mustard sauce

 

Mix together

1/3 c mayonnaise

3 T grey poupon mustard

3 T red wine vinegar

2-3 T water

Black pepper to taste

Lay the asparagus (steamed, grilled or roasted) out in fan shape and nap the sauce over the stem ends.  Sprinkle w/ chopped HB egg and snipped chives
