Bean Bake

(Theresa Jones’ recipe—MVK used it at TGIF 6/8/01)

 

Serves 8 – 10

 

1 can Kidney Beans

1 can Pork & Beans

1 can Lima Beans

 

(all cans the same size)

 

Add ½ c. brown sugar

Add ½ c. catsup

 

Mix in 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed or shredded

 

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.  Can be made ahead of time.

 

Note:  You can add slices of bacon, 1 chopped onion or French Fried Onions (which I mixed in and put some on top near the end of the baking time.)
