Canapes

The Canapes were sliced raw English cucumbers (so-called seedless or burpless cukes) spread w/ minced lox and topped w/ a sprig of dill. Carl Bonar made the salmon spread. I’ll ask him to forward directions but I think it was minced smoked salmon bits (Shoprite sells the ends and bits in little containers near the deli) mixed w/ mayo, capers and pickle.
