Dams ·
Chris Allyn is the designated dam
inspector. Consult with him regarding
any needed repairs, changes. ·
Assure that outflow valves on the Breeder Pond and the lake dam are
exercised annually ·
Remind Grounds person to have growth on the face of the dam cut
annually (late July/August) |

Beach Maintenance ·
Put up goose fence along water line in late winter to discourage
geese. (Fencing under Club House
deck.) ·
Put out notice regarding beach cleanup; also publish in newsletter and
alert webmaster. ·
Arrange for lunch for volunteers. ·
Assure drainage box under the large fir tree is cleaned out regularly. (If blocked, water overflows and washes
sand into the lake.) Drainpipe runs
from the box and discharges adjacent to the aluminum dock. ·
Assure drainage box on the lawn (where foot-washing tub is set) is
clear. Pipe runs out on an angle and
discharges in the swimming area. ·
Clean diving floats; lower ladders. ·
Tighten bolts on all Connect-a-Dock docks and floats. ·
Paint picnic table, as necessary. ·
Put up umbrella and foot tub. ·
Put out float line (stored in Club House basement). ·
Annually, check depth of water at the end of the diving board. State regulations require a 12’ depth, 12’
wide. ·
Pick up abandoned items at beach and place under Club House deck in
plastic tub. Dispose of unclaimed
items at the end of the season. ·
After Labor Day, store umbrella and foot tub for winter. |

Badges ·
Place order late in the year for the following calendar year to secure
discount. Order 100 sets of eight
badges each (each carrying the same number) ·
Check with Treasurer for names of residents whose fees are in arrears. ·
Distribute badges to residents in good standing prior to Memorial
Day. Maintain record of numbers given
to each household. Distribute badges
to residents who pay their in-arrears fees. ·
Distribute swimming/boating rules and guidelines to all residents at
time of distributing badges. |

Fishin’ Hole ·
Have agreement with Terry that garbage can will
be emptied periodically. ·

Alert fishermen not to block the end of the fire lane. Boats to be tied to the dock or pulled up

Try to enforce rule that the names of current owners should be on all
boats stored at the Fishin’ Hole and main
beach. Also suggest that names be on
boats at private docks in case they break free. |

Prepare annual budget in November. ·
Approve bills and pass to Treasurer for payment ·
Maintain a record of processed bills to assure records agree with
Treasurer reports. |
