House Maintenance Committee
The House Maintenance Committee is
responsible for maintaining the exterior and interior structure and physical
plant of the Clubhouse and contracting for and supervising services related to
these responsibilities.
Specifically,
the House Committee will:
1.
Maintain
and as appropriate replace fixtures and systems in the clubhouse such as HVAC,
plumbing and kitchen equipment and appliances.
2.
The
maintenance of safety systems such as kitchen fire suppression, smoke alarm system,
exit lighting and door locks.
3.
The
cleaning of roof gutter and maintenance of the roof.
4.
Maintaining
the appearance and condition of the ballroom floor including refinishing or
resurfacing and as required replacing.
5.
Maintenance
of the decks to include power washing and sealing/staining.
6.
Maintenance
of the exterior appearance and integrity of the Clubhouse siding and windows,
replacing as necessary.
7.
Any
changes or upgrades to the physical appearance of the interior of the clubhouse
such as paneling and painting.
