NOMINEES for TRUSTEE:

As provided in the By-Laws, the Nominating Committee consisting of Chairman John Murray, Cacky Bell, Diane Bonar, Jeanne McCabe, Cassy Merenda and Phil Van Kirk have appointed the following people as candidates for election to the Mt. Kemble Lake Association Board of Trustees: Cacky Bell, Bettina Bierly, Gail Chalfant, Donald Kuhn, Nancy Priscu and Mary Van Kirk.

YOU ARE URGED TO ATTEND THIS IMPORTANT MEETING. A quorum, consisting of more than half of the Active Members (in person or by proxy) is required to conduct the meeting. Ballots for election and proxy forms are enclosed in case you cannot attend.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND........

1. COMPLETE/ SIGN YOUR PROXY and ATTACH and MARK YOUR BALLOT

2. Return BOTH to Secretary, KAREN MORRISON, 53 LAKE TRAIL EAST, A T LEAST

ONE (1) HOUR BEFORE THE MEETING (by 6 pm on 3/9).

If you name a proxy other than the Secretary and do not turn in a completed ballot, a blank ballot will be given to your designated proxy to vote for you. Your named proxy will also vote for you on motions from the floor.

ABSENTEE VOTING, TO BE VALID:

1. Each ballot must be submitted attached to a signed proxy (printed name must

appear). Ballots will be separated from proxies before being given to tellers.

2. Each ballot must vote the exact number of positions open (not more nor less).

3. Only Members of the Association (defined as a property owner or spouse) may vote.

FOLLOWING THE MEETING, THE BAR WILL BE OPENED. We look forward to seeing you on the 9th of March.
