Our Water Works

In case you were wondering what the flurry of activity was about, there was a concentrated effort to replace or repair the underground valves on the water mains before the road work began.

The supply line running down Primrose Trail had to be replaced due to leaks.

Fall Road  Cleanup

Gail Chalfant

Many thanks to everyone that came forth to rake leaves, trim bushes and

clean out drains.  Many, many thanks to the Bonars for opening up

their home for morning coffee and donuts and then again at noon for a

delicious lunch of soup and sloppy joes......and various libations!

Carl.....you sure are a good cook!  Some 46 neighbors were working

around the lake and Ray Jones took some great pictures.  Things looked

very good until Mother Nature got involved .........c'est la vie!

My best to all.....thanks again.

—Gail Chalfant/Roads Chair

In the past six months, Lakeshore has also had the water tanks repainted and a 20-year old pump replaced in Pump House 2 .

So our wonderful water is once again flowing through our system and into our homes. Thanks for all the upgrade work and  making way for the road repairs!

Text Box: It was nice of Newton to pick up his house so we could get these out of his basement.
