If you find you are unable to work the
specific time you have been assigned, please switch with someone or please call
me.
There is a bag with a flashlight and a
time sheet for making your rounds.
Please go out twice each evening; checking the beach, playground, tennis
area and adjacent parking lot, the clubhouse, all roads and the water tank
area.
When you are finished just pass the bag to
the next person on the list.
It bears repeating that if everyone keeps
an eye out, we all benefit towards having a safe and enjoyable summer.
