TREASURER - robert.yingling@gmail.com
2009 tax
returns were filed for both Lakeshore and MKL Association entities. Bob asked that we consider moving funds to
accounts that pay higher percentage rates and will research banks
accordingly. Outstanding resident dues
were reviewed.
Bob asked
the Board to review and reply to his draft of his letter to the Township
regarding snow plow removal.
HOUSE KEEPING - joyce@jjmurray.us
Joyce
confirmed that the McCabe’s security deposit should be returned. The ice maker will be scheduled for cleanings
in September and April. Dublin Cleaners
has been contracted to clean the clubhouse 4 times a year following large
parties.
Joyce confirmed the need to continue
with the Associated Fire contract because the state inspector looks for an
official provider to sign off on the checklist.
WATER SYSTEM - ribarrett@aol.com
Rick
discussed the upcoming nominating process.
The Board agreed to distribute only the ballots not the proxies in
September to avoid confusion during the actual meeting.
BEACHES AND DOCKS - d.kuhn15@yahoo.com
Beach season went well.
Next year, Don will schedule the herbicide treatment sooner to try to
suppress grass growth. The East dock is
now in place.
Don has a quote of $15,000 to dredge
the lagoon. However, the serious erosion
near the road is a major concern. Don is
in the process of speaking with contractors to get estimates for costs and
materials to repair the damage and prevent future erosion. Gail has also had a conversation with Chris
Backshall regarding this topic and will meet with Don to review his
recommendations.
ROADS- jbcgsc928@aol.com
Fall clean up is scheduled for
Saturday, November 20th.
GROUNDS - dianebonar@gmail.com
Rick spoke
on behalf of Diane. Diane is getting
estimates for placing bricks around the flagpole. The bricks were donated by the Alvey family.
CLUBHOUSE MAINTENANCE - Bincomm@verizon.net
Bruce thanked John Murray for
repairing the sink in the kitchen.
