located at Mt. Kemble Lake in Harding Township, New
Jersey on Friday, June 25, 2010 at 7:30 P.M. and at any adjournments thereof,
hereby granting the said attorney full power and authority to act for me and in
my name at said meeting, to the same extent and with the same force as I would
be entitled to vote if then personally present, and hereby revoking all former
