Dog Park Poll

The Association board requests your responses to a poll regarding the current proposal for a community dog park. Polls will be distributed to mailboxes this week and should be returned to Austin Godfrey’s mailbox by June 15.

Another Successful Road Cleanup!

Our annual Spring Clean-up on Saturday, April 17th, was once again attended by many wonderful workers!  Our weather came through and I thank each of you for attending to your own properties ahead, in order to work on the properties we all hold.

Refreshments were provided to the energetic participants—Cacky Bell rode shotgun to help me give out donuts and bottled water. For the luncheon Ruth Chaney provided a delicious baked ziti and Jane Dwyer gave us a delightful salad along with delicious cookies for dessert. Our kitchen was full of happy workers—thanks to Ellie Burd, Carol Irving, Theresa Jones and Jane Rowland.

Dues Schedule Reminder

Treasurer Bob Yingling reminds residents  that the Community dues schedules are as follows:

Lakeshore Company: $500 due in January and July

Mt Kemble Lake Association: $925 due in March and September
