The
gardeners will be getting together soon to discuss changes in the garden; also,
work will begin in the spring on the steps on LTE.

The New
Years Eve Party was a great success and the party supplies in the basement have
been reorganized.

The gutters were repaired and
extended to help solve the water problem in the basement.

The
dredging of the Lagoon was completed. Also, the bank of the Lagoon was
rebuilt along the end closest to Trail's End. This involved building up
the bank with clay and stone and topping it off with riprap.

It was a good year for Lakeshore, no leaks or
major expenses. However it was noted that Alpine was going to need serious
repair in the near future.

An environmental meeting is being held
next week. A meeting for new members is being scheduled and Gary Hanibal is going to come to talk about the septic systems.

Bob
reviewed our year end. Preliminarily the net cash flow of the community
approximated budget. Under spending by lakeshore was offset by cost of breeder
pond dredging and bank repair.
OTHER BUSINESS
Terry Dwyer
and Lori Denson came from the Finance Subcommittee to review the revised
proposal for raising the reserve money needed for the communitie’s
infrastructure. They will review the proposal after the Annual Association
Board Meeting on January 28, 2011.
Improving
the road behind the garden was discussed and the money for that project has
already been set aside.
By – Law
Changes were discussed and it was decided to send out the proposed change in
about a week to 10 days.
The Annual
meeting will begin at 7pm. A TGIF with sandwiches and an open bar will start at
6pm prior to the meeting at 7pm.
