Learn ChiRunning: March 2011 at MKL!


Experience a new approach to running that will empower you, beginner or experienced runner, to maintain an effective lifelong program for fitness and well-being!

Learn to apply the principles of T'ai Chi, anancient martial art, to running. Use postural alignment, relaxation, balance, moving from one's center, and cooperation with the forces of nature to increase efficiency and reduce fatigue, aches/pains and injury.

Sat. March 5th from 8:30AM-12:30PM and Sun. March 13th from 8:30AM-10:30AM.
