This is to let you know that at about 12.30 pm today, August 24) my adult daughter, while walking her dog, saw a black bear walking across the parking area by the tennis courts, and then into the woods behind the courts. She notified the police and spoke to an officer who came out. However, I thought that I should pass on this information so that the community can be made aware of this sighting.
