Good morning Karen.  Please let the neighbors know that the bear is back – walking through the neighborhood.  He/she was spotted on my front lawn early this morning (1:50am).  My dog alerted me to this activity and I watched as it casually walked within 5 feet of the front of the house. I did call the police to let them know.  Thank you
