If you find
you are unable to work the specific time you have been assigned, please switch
with someone or please call me.
There is a
bag with a flashlight and a time sheet for making your rounds. Please go out once each evening, around 10pm,
checking the beach, playground, tennis area and adjacent parking lot, the
clubhouse, all roads and the water tank area.
Please
pass the log book and flash lights onto the next family.

let me know if you can not do the week you are assigned.
