Jessie H. Stuehler
AGE: 97.
Jessie H. Stuehler, (nee Jansen), of
Harding Township, passed away on Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, at her home, she was
97 years old. Mrs. Stuehler was born in New York
City, grew up in Cranford, N.J., later married the late Carl M. Stuehler and settled in New Providence before moving to
Harding Township 59 years ago. She attended Newark School of Fine and
Industrial Arts, Art Students League, and the New School of Social Research.
Her oil paintings have been exhibited in many museums, galleries and libraries
in N.J. and N.Y. She belonged to the Drew Art Association and the Trailside
Birding Group. She worked for many years as a Real Estate Broker.
Jessie is survived by her children, David and Helen; her
grandson, Matthew and his wife Treacy; her
granddaughters, Elizabeth Krawczuk and her husband
Steve, Rebecca Stuehler and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jessie H. Stuehler's memory to St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center,
575 Woodland Road, Madison, N.J. 07940. Visitors are welcome to the memorial
visitation, Sunday, September 30, 2012, from 2-4pm at the Madison Memorial
Home, 159 Main St., Madison N.J. 07940.
