Resto is a special story. Bettina Bierly is friends with the owner and has always recommended it. In this restaurant, Rob does some serious experimentation and innovation with ingredients and combinations - and comes up with delicious results. My guess is that you can’t go wrong. It’s just a question of your taste. It’s a tiny restaurant and a challenge to get into on the weekends, so I’d make a reservation. We called the day before in the summertime and had no trouble getting in. We went with Michael and Mary Beth Peters, of Pierre’s, and they liked it as well. All the desserts and ice creams are homemade.
