Remembering
Barbara Jensen Our sympathy for the passing of Barbara Jensen, who
died October 30th after a short illness. She was a resident of Mt Kemble Lake
for 30 years. She is aunt to Mark and Lisa Qualben of Lake Trail East.
Services were held November 2 in Basking Ridge. Bob Jensen, Barbara’s husband of 50 years, welcomed your thoughts
and prayers. Please see the obituary
notice posted on the MKL Web site. |
Lamp
Post Project Completed! In response to
residents’ concern that the lighting outside of the Clubhouse was too dim
when attending many of our nighttime festivities, the MKL Clubhouse
Maintenance Committee had three lampposts installed in November. Thanks to
our neighbor and electrician George Kuchler, who donated his services, and
the anonymous donor who paid for the posts and lamps, the installation was
completed within a day. With input
from all, a simple lantern on a cedar post (which will be painted when the
weather warms) was chosen. Jane Dwyer chairs the Clubhouse Maintenance Committee, which includes: Jayne Roland,
Bettina Bierley, John and Joyce Murray, Carl Bonar, and Terry Dwyer. . |
