Paying your Mount Kemble Lake Quarterly Dues gets easier and easier!

Are you comfortable with computers? Do you check your email regularly? Do you do any “online banking”? If you answered yes to any of these questions, read on. There are new options for managing your dues here at the Lake. You can do one or more of any of the following:

• Receive your quarterly invoices by email
  • Just send a message to mkltreasurer@gmail.com to activate this option.
  • You can continue to pay w/ a paper check
  • or set up auto payments at your bank as described below
• Set up routine auto-payments at your bank’s website
  Whether you receive your invoices by email or by hand delivered paper, you can
  automate your payments.
  • Go to your bank’s website and login. If you’ve never used your bank’s website
    before, follow their simple online instructions for setting up a user name and
    password. (Remember to write them down and file them somewhere safe!)
  • Set up repeating payments of $775 to arrive each quarter by the 15th of the month
    (1/15, 4/15, 7/15 and 10/15) to Mount Kemble Lake Association, 3 Trails End,
    Morristown, NJ 07960. PLEASE NOTE, it takes most banks one full business week
    to cut and deliver a check. Set your payments up so that they are received at our
    mailbox by the 15th in order to avoid late fees and interest.
  • Alternatively, set up repeating monthly payments of $258.34 to be delivered by
    the 15th of EVERY month. You won’t get any special monthly invoices, but as long
    as a check is received by the 15th of each month, there won’t be any late fees or
    interest charges during the months that you are “behind.” Contact the treasurer

    available for bank generated auto-payments and may involve a one-time “catch
    up” payment, depending on when you initiate the service.]
