Mount Kemble Lake is governed by three corporate entities. At the time of closing, a new property owner automatically becomes a shareholder in the Lakeshore Company (a for profit C-corp that has its historic roots in the original real estate development company) and a member of Mt. Kemble Lake Association (a not-for-profit Homeowners Association). All residents, adult and minor, owners and renters, are additionally members of the Mount Kemble Lake Country Club (a not-for-profit social club).
