Dues/Assessments are currently $3100 annually, payable to Mt. Kemble Lake Association (MKLA) in four equal installments each due on the last day of the first month of each calendar quarter (Jan 31st, April 30th, July 31st and Oct 31st). Invoices are sent out 30 days prior to due date and will include any additional surcharges, late fees, penalties or other amounts due as of that date. All payments should be delivered to the mailbox across from the Clubhouse, in front of the children’s playground. You can drop them in there, have your bank send them directly or use your favorite carrier to mail them. Postal address is

Late Fee structure
For each month in which there is an overdue balance and no payment is made to the company, a late fee is charged.
1st month – $25
2nd month – $50
3rd month – $75
4th month – $100
5th month and thereafter -$125 per month
In addition to the above charges, 18% annual interest posted monthly, will be charged on any overdue dues/assessments.
Accommodation for special circumstances
The late fee structure is deliberately aggressive; the Community doesn’t want to be in the business of making loans. Our members should not be expected to become each other’s bankers, support their neighbor’s investment opportunities or fund someone else’s children’s college education. Still, stuff happens; we understand that. The Board is authorized by the Community to work with members on special short term circumstances.
