The dog park is open for dogs, owners and people who just want to enjoy seeing the dogs have fun! We have tested it out, and the dogs definitely love socializing with their neighbors, and so do their owners.
- THIS IS AN UNSUPERVISED PARK USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- Owners are solely responsible for any/all accidents or injuries caused by their dogs.
- Dogs must be leashed prior to entering and upon leaving.
- Dogs must be accompanied by responsible resident 17 years of age or older.
- Owners must be in park enclosure and within view of their dogs at all times.
- Owners must have a leash in hand at all times.
- Owners must clean up after their dogs.
- There is a limit of two dogs per person.
- Guests must be accompanied by a Lake resident.
- Dogs showing aggression towards people or other animals are prohibited from the park.
- Dogs must be under voice command.
- Dogs must be vaccinated and display current tags.
- Dogs must wear collar and I.D. tags at all times.
- Children 10 years of age and younger must be closely supervised by an adult.
- No food or treats allowed in dog park for pets or owners.
- Violators will be subject to removal from park and suspension of park privileges.
We appreciate all the support we had on this project, and encourage everyone to take a trip back to the old ball field and check it out. It is the fenced-in area right past the community garden and refuse area.
