PATAGONIA ADVENTURE
In February 2015 Jane & I visited Patagonia. The critter above was seen in Ainsworth Bay, Chile, on a boat journey that was part of the trip. We were in a tour conducted by Overseas Adventure Travel, whom we had used for several previous trips. The areas covered were Buenos Aires, and patagonia, which includes southern Argentina, and southern Chile, including Tierra del Fuego and Cape Horn. A post-trip extension took us to Iguassu Falls in Brazil. The highlights included Los Glacieres Park in Argentina, Torres del Paine Park in Chile, a boat tour of the Straits of Magellan and the Beagle Channel, and a landing on Cape Horn.
