Lakeshore Company Meeting Minutes

The Lakeshore Company Board has an Annual Meeting of all shareholders in January.  A written Meeting Notice is sent to every home owner several weeks in advance.  The Board additionally has working meetings, as needed, normally on the same date as the Association meeting.  All members are welcome to attend any meeting, but are encouraged to check first with the Secretary to ensure that the meeting hasn’t been moved or cancelled.
