Our Clubhouse is available to use for both Community Events and for Private Parties.  A Community Event is any party, service, meeting or other gathering to which all members of the Community are invited.  These are run under the auspices of the Country Club . Contact the Social Chair for more information or to schedule a Community Event.

Private Parties are events at which the host wants to control/limit the list of invitees. In such cases there is a rental fee, the host must be a Member in good standing (no outstanding debts to the Community, no other Membership issues), the event cannot have a business or fund-raising purpose, and availability of the Clubhouse must be cleared with the Social Chair and Clubhouse Trustee. Guidelines are available here.

In either case, we have a multitude of very useful planning resources as well as forms and checklists that you will need to run your party.  In addition to the links below, hover your cursor over Clubhouse Party Planning in the menu above to see the drop down menu that lists other resources.
