Ballot Process and Information

1. Received ballots by mail directly from property owners and by mail from you and hand delivered by Mr. Edgar in a sealed envelopes.
2. Opened ballots periodically and tallied in Excel spreadsheet.
3. Stapled ballots to the envelope they came in.
4. Double checked my entries.
5. 65 Properties Units were collected out of 96  …. about 68% property units participated
