MKL Clubhouse – Volunteers needed

I am looking for some volunteers who have a few hours to help out with some maintenance tasks at the Clubhouse this fall or winter. If you are interested in donating some time, then please contact me.

Here are some of the items that need to be done:

1. sand and paint the railings on the front steps
2. paint inside trim of new windows
3. scrape, sand and paint the outside of men’s room windows 4. replace some shingles on east end of clubhouse
5. paint lamp posts
6. scrape and paint rear foundation wall
7. refinish back deck (next spring)

I will schedule a meeting at the Clubhouse for those interested, so that we can take a look at what needs to be done, and plan our work. Anything that can be done through our own self-help efforts, will not incur the cost of hiring outside contractors, so you will be making an important contribution to the community.
