Two MKL Association save-the-dates

MKL Residents —

Please save these dates for our annual community cleanups:

Saturday, April 17 — Spring Roads & Grounds Cleanup (rain date Sunday, April 18)

Watch for more information coming soon.  Residents are welcome to start working on their own properties and any community properties beforehand, and then to come to the Clubhouse on April 17th for an assignment.  Put branches and yard debris along the sides of the roads by April 18, because our contractor Chris Backshall will pick up the debris on Monday, April 19.  Any questions, contact Bettina Bierly or Colleen Roberts.

Sunday, May 9 — Beach Cleanup (rain date May 15) (note that the Country Club’s “Fishing Derby” is May 8)

Watch for more information in a few weeks.  The beach area will be cleaned up and readied for the coming summer season.  Any questions, contact Fred Luberto.

We hope to see you all there!  It’s a great way for you and your kids to contribute to the community, and to spend some time with your neighbors.  And you help us save money, because the more we accomplish, the less we have to pay a contractor to do.
