June 15, 2022:

MKL Country Club Members (all MKL Adult Residents):

The Country Club Annual Meeting (and TGIF) is scheduled for Friday, June 24, 2022 in person at the MKL Clubhouse.  

The TGIF starts at 6:30 and costs $10 per person.  The Bar will also open at 6:30. As a courtesy to the TGIF crew, we ask that you indicate if you plan to attend the TGIF by reply to this e-mail.

You should have received a packet of info about the Annual Meeting, including a Proxy/Ballot form for the Board Election.  If you are away and would like me to e-mail copies of the packet, respond by email to this message and I will accommodate.  Proxy/Ballots may be returned by e-mail.

We need a quorum of at least 50 MKL-CC Members by Proxy or in person. If you do not plan to attend in person, please return your Proxy/Ballot, to Chris Allyn (8 LTW or 3 Trails End mailbox, across from Clubhouse) by 1:00PM Friday.  If you plan to attend the meeting in person and will not turn in a Proxy/Ballot ahead of time, then please bring along the form to the meeting.  The Country Club ByLaws allow for up to two adult residents per household to vote at the Annual Meeting.

The Annual Meeting will start at 7:30 and will include summary reports on the past year’s activities by current Board Members.  The election ballots will also be counted.
